The original structure, built decades ago, faced significant challenges: an outdated, cramped layout unsuitable for modern family life, poor natural lighting, and visible signs of structural wear. The client wanted a complete transformation – a safe, spacious, and modern home that would serve their family for generations to come.

Our team conducted a full structural assessment and developed a comprehensive rejuvenation plan, beginning with a safe and systematic demolition. The new design focused on an open-concept layout to maximize space and foster family interaction. We strategically removed non-load-bearing walls, creating a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and a brand-new, fully-customized kitchen.
To address the lighting issue, we installed floor-to-ceiling windows and a central skylight, flooding the interior with natural light. The entire electrical and plumbing systems were replaced to meet the highest modern safety standards. Every material, from the structural concrete to the interior finishes, was carefully selected for durability and aesthetic appeal.
